Liqueurs. There is a lot of them out there. I mean an ENORMOUS variety, and if the length and capitalization of that word didn't impress then you should know that there are even more flavors and combos you can make at home. Nearly infinite when you consider the amount of fruits, herbs, nuts, berries, vegetables, and you can make a liqueur out of almost anything.

I will attempt to taste and make as many of these as possible; recording my results on this blog. Hope you enjoy the ride.
